At The Abs Company, we stand behind our fitness equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and include all assembly hardware and manuals.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all components are protected and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center or schedule a freight pickup for larger commercial ab machines.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
